We (“Atlas”, operated by Dunder) are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it when you use our cloud storage service.
Email, name (optional), authentication provider ID.
Files you upload, plus name, size, type, folder path, and timestamps.
IP address, browser/device info, usage logs (for security/debugging/abuse prevention only).
We do not scan, analyze, or process file contents for advertising, marketing, AI training, or profiling.
Files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets (object storage).
Metadata lives in Turso (libSQL).
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (HTTPS).
Access requires authentication and time-limited signed URLs generated for your session only.
Cloudflare may technically access data as infrastructure provider (e.g., for support/legal requests), but they do not scan contents or sell data.
We use it only to:
Storage
Provide storage, sync, previews, and downloads.
Security
Authenticate and secure accounts.
Protection
Detect/prevent abuse, spam, or illegal use.
Compliance
Comply with law (e.g., court orders).
We do not sell data, use it for ads, or share it except as required by law.
Files stay until you delete them or your account ends.
On account deletion/cancellation, files and metadata are permanently deleted within 30 days (except minimal records for legal/billing needs).
You can delete files or your account anytime via the dashboard.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support. We respond within reasonable time (usually 30 days).
We may update this policy — check back periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
