You may not use the service to:
Illegal Content
Store or distribute illegal content including child exploitation material, terrorism-related content, or piracy violating IP laws.
Malware & Spam
Host malware, spam, phishing, or fraudulent material.
Rights Violation
Violate others’ rights including copyright and privacy.
System Abuse
Overload or abuse the system through excessive automated requests.
If we believe (in good faith) your account violates these terms, poses a security/legal risk, or receives credible complaints:
We may remove specific files.
Temporarily restrict access or uploads.
Suspend or terminate your account (with or without notice if urgent).
We are not required to pre-screen content but will investigate reported abuse. Decisions are final. We aim to act proportionately.
Plans have limits; exceeding them may block uploads.
Fees are prepaid and non-refundable (except where law requires).
Late payment may result in suspension.
By You
You can cancel anytime. Data deleted within 30 days.
By Us
We can terminate for violations or service shutdown (with notice where possible).
Service provided “as-is” with no uptime or performance guarantees.
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
